What we run

Five ways in

Our aim is to address health inequalities and loneliness, while providing practical support, education and opportunities to help women reach their full potential.

Everything we run is free to attend and open to women aged 18+. There is no referral to chase and no form to fill in first — get in touch and we will tell you what is coming up.

    Healthy Cooking on a Budget

Learn to cook nutritious, affordable meals for you and your family.

Cooking together in a group, with recipes chosen to work around a tight shop. You take what you make home with you, along with the confidence to cook it again.

  • A small circle of women talking during a wellbeing session

    02

    Wellbeing Sessions

Support for your mental, emotional and physical health.

Time set aside for how you are actually doing. Sessions cover mental, emotional and physical health together, with people who listen rather than assess.

  • Women learning together around a table at a coffee morning

    03

    Skills Coffee Morning

Gain new skills, build confidence and connect with others.

A relaxed morning where learning something new happens over a cup of tea. Come for the skill, stay for the people — most women tell us it is the company that keeps them coming back.

  • Two women talking closely and supportively on a sofa

    04

    Peer Support

Share, encourage and grow together in a safe and welcoming space.

Women who have been where you are, alongside women who are there now. Nothing you say has to be explained twice, and nobody is expected to have it worked out.

  • Two women talking something through across a kitchen table

    05

    Signposting

Access to trusted services and help where you need it most.

When what you need sits outside what we run, we help you find who does it and how to reach them, so you are not left working it out alone.

Who it's for

  • Women aged 18+

Single mothers, low-income families, women experiencing isolation, unemployed women and those facing health inequalities.

  • Expected beneficiaries

40 – 60 women directly supported through our programmes.

  • What it costs

Nothing. If travel or childcare is what stands in the way, say so when you get in touch.

Together we can make a difference

Not sure which of these is the right place to start? Tell us a little about what you are looking for and we will point you to the one that fits.
